WWE SmackDown dipped a little in the ratings on October 2, 2026. According to Wrestlenomics, as relayed by Ringside News, the USA Network broadcast drew 1,250,000 viewers and a 0.27 rating among adults 18 to 49.
Week-Over-Week
The September 25, 2026 episode pulled in 1,263,000 viewers with the same 0.27 demo rating. That leaves the October 2 show 13,000 viewers lower, while the key demographic number did not move.
Year-Over-Year
The comparison with last year is stronger. The October 3, 2025 episode drew 1,030,000 viewers and a 0.23 demo rating. Against that, this year's episode is up 21.4 percent in total viewers and 17.4 percent in the demo, per the figures Ringside News cited.
What the Numbers Cover
The figures reflect linear television viewership on USA Network only. Streaming and digital viewing are not included. Ringside News said it will keep tracking SmackDown as WWE builds toward its next major live event.
Why It Matters
A 13,000-viewer change with an identical demo rating is a small move. The year-over-year gain is the larger part of this report, since the show is ahead of where it stood on the same week in 2025.
